Hey Reader,

It's 3am and the sound of my dogs snoring have been my only company for the last 4 hours... okay. That may be a bit dramatic, but let me tell you, building out the infrastructure for a conference has stretched my skills tremendously.

I am shooting you this email to celebrate completion. I know I will be sleeping in this lovely Friday, so when I get back to my desk, I will send you another email about why I haven't talked very much about Black History Month.
